Sometimes you may need to complete a payment for a transaction that was started but not finalized. BETA allows you to add payment to any Open Transaction, making it easy to collect payment directly at the desk.

› Open transactions following a failed subscription payment

This feature is particularly useful if an Open Transaction remains after a failed subscription attempt and the customer is present at the desk. Instead of restarting the process, you can quickly collect payment via the POS.

Attention: Make sure you CANCEL the previous payment before adding a payment via the POS.
