đź’ˇ In BETA, you can add 1 or more prices to an event by navigating to the Prices
tab of the event template. These prices will then be visible in your POS during the transaction process.
When you add or already have a price associated to a event/slot, you can utilise the below functionalities:
Sell online
- Sell at this price, online on your websiteSell in the BETA app
- Sell at this price, via the BETA appOnline price available only to members
- Sell at this price, online, only to members. Member pricing is only available if the profile (ie email address, and details) has a member associated pass, ie a recurring Pass price. This check is ran when someone is entering their details online, there needs to be an EXACT match. Someone will not be able to check out if they do not have that pass on their account.Furthermore, you also have the option to select the price required to be paid during the booking process.
Default
- Pricing determined by public prices. Any public prices will be visible to clients. If a price is marked “members only”, only members will be able to complete the booking with that price (and only one members’ price per member, per booking)
Note, if you have all of your prices to not be available for online purchase, they will only be purchasable through the POS, and the widget will display the following message "Not available for online purchase -- contact gym”.Free
- This will offer a fee-free booking process.Participant-based
- This will enable you to set up different prices, based upon the number of participants. The pricing is set automatically based on the number of participants in the booking.PASS-BASED ENROLLMENT can override all pricing
MEMBERS-ONLY prices are only enforced in the widget/online
