Overdue subscriptions may be billed in bulk, or individually.

What are the different subscription states?

In BETA, a subscription can have 3 states:

• Active - actively collecting payments.
• Cancelled - no further payments will be collected.
• Processing - a transaction has been created and payment is being processed
• Paused - payments temporarily not being collected. Connected passes unable to be used for check-in.
• Change Scheduled - A pending change is any scheduled update that will take effect on the next billing date. Staff should check the upcoming invoice to confirm the details of the pending change.

⚠️ ATTENTION: When billing an overdue subscription, BETA suggests to check the Next Billing Date. This will show whether the subscription is 1, 2, or more billing cycles overdue.

› View Billing History Reports

You can view your past billing history reports at any time by clicking the “View History” button.

This will display a list of all previous reports, allowing you to review details, download, or reference them as needed.
