💡 As part of your final check, please check the below fields of your discounts. If a discount is incorrect in any way, uncheck the Active and Public boxes and create a new discount. In this e.g. we will disable a staff absolute discount and create a staff relative discount.

⚠️ New discounts cannot have the same name as old discounts, if you try to create a new discount with the same name as an old discount an error (error 801) will appear. When creating a new discount, please ensure that it has a different name.
