Keep in mind that editing entry limitations on existing passes will affect any passes that have already been issued. If the time entry limitation is empty, the pass will be valid at all hours, on all days of the week.

› Configuring time entry limitations

Adding time entry limitations on passes are useful for gyms that would like to set different prices of passes based upon the time of day e.g. peak and non-peak passes.

Attention: Selling of the pass on the POS/Widget will still be allowed outside of the entry times, only check in is disallowed.

You can add entry times for each day by clicking on the 🕝 Clock. eg, This will mean that this entry will only be valid on Mondays & Tuesdays from 09:00AM - 04:00PM.

• To remove the entry times, click on the 🚫 No Entry icon
• Click on the 📄 Copy Icon to duplicate that field, to all fields.

› QR Scan Prohibited & Permitting re-entry

QR Scan Prohibited - Prohibit users from generating a QR code from this pass in the BETA app.

Permitting re-entry on a pass will allow successive entries by a climber within the same day, without debiting their available entries.

This feature might be particularly useful if you would like to permit re-entry within the same day for single entry or punch card type passes.

› Enable Guest Entries

With BETA, you can enable guest entries on any entry type. When enabled, you can check in a guest for free, and a guest allowance will be deducted from the pass automatically.

Note: Guest entry allowances last for the full validity of the entry type.

• An annual pass with 10 guest entries provides 10 guest entries for the entire year.

• A monthly recurring entry type with 2 guest entries provides 2 guest entries per issued entry type, meaning the allowance resets each billing cycle.

This also applies to rolling subscription Pass Prices, as each new successful billing cycle issues a new entry type with its own guest-entry allowance.
