› Edit Color

› Add/edit/archive a price for a slot template

<aside> Set prices for slots under the Prices tab. These prices will appear in your POS and booking system. Furthermore, you also have the option to select the price required to be paid during the booking process.

› Default Pricing

Default - Pricing determined by public prices. Any public prices will be visible to clients. If a price is marked “members only”, only members will be able to complete the booking with that price (and only one members’ price per member, per booking).

Note, if you have all of your prices to not be available for online purchase, they will only be purchasable through the POS, and the widget will display the following message:

"Not available for online purchase -- contact gym”.

• Advance Booking Limit: Set how far in advance users can book slots (e.g., 30 days).
• Bookings closure: Specify when bookings close relative to the slot's start date (e.g., 0 days to allow last-minute bookings).
• Minimum participants per booking: Set a minimum group size for bookings.
• Allow Duplicate Participants: Enable this to allow someone to add their details, and the participant count in the widget.
