› Exporting a Stock-Taking Sheet

<aside> Available on the Club & Above, the Stock-Taking Sheet provides a snapshot of all stock items along with their details.

This export captures the expected stock level within BETA at the moment of download.

BETA has the following stock categories:

Gym Use Items designated for internal use by the gym, such as staff equipment or supplies. These are not available for customer purchase and help track internal consumption.
Manual Stock adjustments entered manually for corrections, losses, or ad-hoc reasons. This allows flexibility to keep your inventory accurate.
Stock Standard inventory available for sale, tracking all customer-facing products. This category ensures accurate sales and stock-level reporting.

<aside> ⚠️ ATTENTION: If you will import the stock take sheet, do not alter any of the values in the columns except for those in the actual stock column. Remember that this report reflects a single moment in time and may not account for subsequent changes.

› Exporting a COGS report

<aside> Available on the Enterprise Tier, the COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) report enables you to review the cost details related to the products sold. This export assists in financial tracking and analysis, helping to identify profitability trends. This report helps businesses assess product performance, inventory efficiency, and profitability over time.
