• Why do you need a 3D model?

• 3D model (formats: .3ds, .dwg, .skp), ideal for capturing overhang shadows and depth
• 2D drawing showing the top and bottom outlines of each wall, perfectly legible if you don’t have a 3D file </aside>

Zone Naming & Colour Assignment

Provide each wall zone and facility with a clear name and its HEX colour

(e.g., Slabs: #FFAA00, Overhang: #00CCFF, Main Entrance: #333333).

Naming your climbing wall assists in way-finding in your centre, and also helps with legibly in the BETAapp. You can choose informative labels like “Slabs,” “Vertical,” “Overhang” or playful ones such as “Steep‑a‑ceratops,” “Slab‑asaurus.”

• How do I find what HEX colour I want?

Facility & Amenity Labels

Identify all non‑climbing elements on your plan: café, changing rooms, main entrance, fire exits, etc. The BETA team will add an icon to identify these facilities.
