FAQs

Method 1: Through the POS - with Stripe Autobill

To set up a customer’s subscription through the Point of Sale, select STRIPE AUTOBILL at checkout.

<aside> ⚠️ How to set up a recurring payment with Stripe, through STRIPE AUTOBILL When Stripe autobill is selected at checkout, if you have a Stripe Terminal, the customer will need to tap their card on the card terminal to authorize the recurring payment.

The Stripe Terminal will direct the user, to enter their card and pin details. (contactless may not be used for AUTOBILL).

On BETA POS, then Refresh, to update the credential and ensure they are saved. Once this is complete, you may click on the Autobill button at the bottom right to finalise that subscription.

NOTE: You might be promoted by the Climber Needs Payment Method! - popup, and if there might have been an error in saving the card details OR, you need to set up their card as the DEFAULT card on their profile. The video below goes through the full details.
