****The external organizer can see whether attendees have signed the waiver. External Organizers are not able to change any other data in the event nor access any parts of your BETA dashboard.

By default - the event host may be set as follows:

• Restricted: Attached to a specific user’s credentials — only that user can use that link and must be logged in.
• Anyone with Organizer Link: Anyone with the link can manage the event. Users must log in to perform actions (for logging history), but they can view the event info without logging in.

Organizers will only be able to access and manage the event you have marked them as organizer for.

<aside> 🤔 Basic permissions: Organizer can transfer bookings within the session to different climbers. They CANNOT add more people to the booking nor cancel bookings.

Advanced permissions: Organizer can do everything in basic PLUS can add bookings for more participants up to the limit of space available in the event or slot, AND can cancel bookings as long as those bookings have no transaction attached.
