Our Migration Process† is 3 fold,
The Bulk Export:
This occurs during your set-up process, typically 2-3 weeks before launch date.
Final Export:
This occurs at close, the night before your launch date
Post-export
: Occurs later, to get the final data migrated from your existing software.
† Depending on which software you are migrating from, this structure might look different for you - our Onboarding team will guide you through any unknowns.
At the start
of your onboarding process, one of our members of staff will be in touch with you to make an export from your current software(s). Please save the export in your designated gym folder, and our BETAbots will take care of the importation into BETA.
In order to proceed with your data migration, the BETA team will first need the exports of the below mentioned data from your current software, these include:
Visitors’ information
- this is your visitors’ information with details like name, surname DOB etc.Visitors’ passes
- the passes on the visitors profilesVisitors’ form state
- the forms associated to the visitorProducts/Prices
- regular sale items such as café products, merchandise, or servicesEvent Instances
- the event template details; date, time and nameEvent Bookings
- the events associated to the visitorsPlease note that your data structure might look different to what is below, eg. Visitors and Pass data can be exported as one. Our BETAbots would adapt to how your data can be exported.
