Terms and Conditions

2. Offer Duration:
   • This offer commences on 24th November 2023 and concludes on 24th March 2024.
3. Eligibility:
   • This offer is tailored exclusively to gyms based in the United Kingdom (UK) and Germany.
4. Offer Requirements:
   • To qualify and benefit from this offer, your gym must be an active BETA customer and a new user to BETA and GoCardless as a payment provider. In the context of this campaign, an active customer is someone who has fully set up their gym within BETA and made the first payment of their BETA subscription by March 1, 2024. Additionally, they must be enrolled with GoCardless through BETA's integration. Moreover, an active user is someone who has successfully completed a minimum of six payment actions via the BETA-GoCardless Integration. These actions may include completing a mandate, accepting a payment, or generating an instant bank payment.
5. How it works:
   • The client will sign up for both BETA and GoCardless, and the integration between the two will be facilitated through the BETA platform. The customer becomes eligible for the offer benefits once they meet the specified requirements; that is, they become an active user as described in point 4.
6. Offer Limitations:
   • This is a one-time, non-recurring offer.
   • This offer is not valid for BETA gyms previously processing payments on GoCardless prior to the start period of the campaign.
7. Termination or Extension:
   • The offer may be terminated if BETA is unable to integrate with GoCardless due to unforeseen circumstances beyond BETA's control, rendering GoCardless unable to operate on the BETA platform.
