A Booking Form is an online form integrated into your booking widget that gathers additional information during the booking process. Once a booking form configuration is set to the Product/Price, completion of the Booking Form is mandatory to finalize purchase.

Its primary function is to capture additional details from when making bookings online.

ATTENTION When creating a Booking Form; under Form Automations>Does this form advance the Profile's Form Status? should be DISABLED. See how that should look below.

A Booking Form can be:

• simple, eg a Booking form with one Input Field to collect Shoe size, or
• detailed, eg a Booking form with further information, embedded videos and terms & Conditions. You decide! Just link the form to the product/price. </aside>

• Product-Based: Attach the form to a specific product, ensuring that users who select this item must fill out the form. All prices linked to this product, will inherent
  • *Example with a Product - Add On: *****Use this setting if you wish to capture shoe sizes when purchasing Rental Shoes as an Addon. Users will only be prompted to fill this booking form only with the add-on in their cart.
  • Example with a Product - Event: ****A Birthday Party booking, to find out whose birthday it is, and if they have any special requirements.
• Price-Specific: Link the form to a particular price point, such as a designated price for a slot, event, add-on, or pass price.
  • Example with a Price - Event: An Intermediate Bouldering has two prices, Price A and Price B - you only wish to capture extra booking information when someone books Price B.
