How to capture payment method?

Attention Updating**/**Adding a payment profile or method to an overdue subscription with a past-due billing date will trigger retroactive payments in BETA. BETA will automatically charge for any missed billing cycles since the last succeeded payment.

Be sure to review and, if necessary, update the billing date before adding a payment method to avoid unexpected charges.

If a visitor lacks a payment method for their recurring subscription, you can resolve this in two ways:

Option 1: Update Payment Method In-Person

Stripe & GoCardless

When the visitor checks in, click the ⚙️ icon next to their profile in the system. This will direct you to their payment setup in Stripe, where you can add or update their payment method.

Option 2: Update Payment Method Online (Member’s Home)

Stripe & GoCardless

Visitors can log in to the Member Home portal and navigate to Wallet > Payment Methods to securely add or update their payment information themselves.
