<aside> Multi entries allows multiple guest visitors to use the same pass for entry. This keeps track of how many times the entry was used eg a 25 punch prepaid card for company entries

Note! If you wish to add more than 25 entries, contact the BETA team.

› Creating a Pass Price with Multiple Prices, or creating a new Price for a Pass Price

Sometimes a single entry type needs to have multiple pricing options. For example, you may want to sell the same entry type at different rates — such as a standard price, a discounted member price, or a student price.

In these cases, you can link multiple POS prices to the same entry type. This ensures that, no matter which price option is selected, the same entry type is issued at the point of sale.

⚠️ Important: Only use this setup if all of the pricing options should result in the same entry type being issued. If different purchases should issue different entry types, you’ll need to create separate entry types instead. This is important if you wish to track reporting for each checkin separately.

⚠️ Important: If you are updating the Pass Price price, just archive the old price - an archived price is not available for purchase instantly. Attention: Archiving a Pass Price does NOT update the price for Subscriptions.
