<aside>

BETA uses a simple traffic light system to quickly indicate a visitor’s climbing status based on their form and proficiency records:

🔵 Blue – Good to Go

The visitor has a valid form and at least one active climbing proficiency. They’re cleared to climb.

⚪ Grey – Missing Proficiency

The visitor has submitted a valid form, but no climbing proficiency is recorded. Staff may need to assess or update their profile.

⭕ Orange Ring – Form, that requires manual/email validation

The visitor has a form, but it required manual/email validation. If you wish to control if a form requires manual/email, you can do that follow along:

🔴 Red – No Form / Agreement

The visitor has not completed the required form(s). They cannot participate in climbing activities until this is resolved.

This traffic light system is visible throughout the dashboard, and POS, it helps staff quickly assess whether a visitor is cleared to climb, needs further validation, or requires action before entry.

› Add Internal Picture to Visitor’s Profile

<aside>

<aside>

You can upload an internal photo to a visitor’s profile for identification purposes, ideal for quick visual verification at check-in or during manual validation.

This image is only visible to staff and will not be shared with the visitor or used in external communications.

<aside> ⚠️ Attention: When adding a photo to a visitor’s profile, make sure your browser has permission to access your camera. We recommend something like the Logitech c370, but any USB or built-in camera will do.
