Confirmation emails do not count towards your gym’s transactional email limit, making them an efficient way to manage communications without impacting email quotas.
Confirmation emails are sent for bookings made through manual enrollment, pass-based enrollment and Online/App Bookings. They are not automatically sent for bookings made from the Point of Sale (POS) system, you may trigger a receipt email from the checkout popup.

In other words, if an email template is set on an event, pass, or form default, it will take priority over the child, parent, and BETA defaults. If no specific template is set, it falls back through the hierarchy to the BETA default. Read more about how BETA handles multi location facilities.
