This will equip you with the skills and knowledge to handle day-to-day operations efficiently. You’ll learn to navigate key systems, assist climbers, and ensure smooth workflows for all desk activities.

We will go over the more detailed tasks and managerial roles and features in BETA.
If you know of very specific ways that your gyms operate, please let us know in advance so that we may gear the training towards your specific needs.
Eg. Your gym takes lots of phone bookings, that you wish to invoice, and then mark invoices as settled. Or another example, is you are highly focused towards online sales, and creating of events and slots for sale on your website. etc etc!
