As part of the Onboarding Process, we will provide you and your managers with the necessary training to help you learn how to use BETA. For multi-location facilities, a training schedule will be planned during your Onboarding Process, to ensure all staff receives the required training.

Live Manager Tutorial - c. 1.5 hours

Dedicated to your managers.

We will go over the more detailed managerial tasks and features in BETA.

If you know of very specific ways that your gyms operate, please let us know in advance so that we may gear the training towards your specific needs.

Eg. Your gym takes lots of phone bookings, that you wish to invoice, and then mark invoices as settled. Or another example, is you are highly focused towards online sales, and creating of events and slots for sale on your website. etc etc!

⤷ Prepare for Your Live Training Session

Please, to save time in your Manager tutorial, please ensure that following:

  1. Each staff member has a device (laptop/tablet) to follow along during the training session.
  2. You have access to gym.sendmoregetbeta.com on those devices with the necessary account profiles and permissions. Follow along here to Change account access & permissions.
  3. That each member of staff has had their account profile set up.
  4. That your dedicated Manager Tutorial Documents has been populated with your questions prior to training. This can be found within your set up document in our shared folder. Please contact our onboarding support team if you are struggling to find this.
