⤷ Understand the Filters on Queries

Each query can be customized using filters.

Filters define which part of that data you want to look at and help you narrow down the data to exactly what you need.

Example, Filter A Totals query, by product type, demographic, registration method, and more. See a full list of filters below.

Save filters to be used later, via both the Advanced SORT and in the Query Builder.

Please note, once you save a filter in the Advanced SORT, this will also show in your Query Builder.

Understand the nuances of your data before adding your filters

Definitions would depend on your business model – discuss and decide this internally.

Some metrics — like "total number of registrations" — can vary depending on how your business operates. For one company, a registration might mean someone who completed a form. For another, it might only count once a payment has been made. Be sure to clarify what definitions you're using within your team when interpreting reports. Understanding these nuances is key to making smart, data-driven decisions.
