A Stream is a dynamic tracking feed in BETA that logs new activity related to purchases or form submissions. It acts like a smart task list, helping staff follow up on key actions like someone buying a product or submitting a waiver.

Streams are useful for internal workflows such as onboarding, processing waitlists, or tracking signed documents — especially when you need to manage follow-ups without manually checking each profile or sale.

<aside> 01 Attention: Streams only begin tracking from the time they’re created. They won’t pull in any historical data. So it is important to create the Stream before releasing the form/product to the public.

02 Attention: Streams linked to an event will only display visitors who purchased that event if this was sold in the POS, purchased online or via the BETA app. This means that if visitors are enrolled in an event manually from the event instance in the calendar view, this will not trigger the system and get added to the stream.

FAQs

⤷ What is a Stream?

⤷ Creating a Stream

When you create a Stream, you decide what kind of activity to watch for — this could be specific prices or forms. Once set up, the Stream will automatically populate with new actions that match your selection, making it easy to monitor them in one place.

Once a Stream is created, it starts recording these activities in real time, showing each new submission or sale individually with the option to mark their status (e.g., Created, In Progress, Complete).

You can link a Stream to a specific form, like a waiver or registration. Once connected, every new submission will appear as a new item in the Stream so staff can follow up, confirm, or process the data without needing to dig through profiles.
